You do not have to decide everything at once. Put in what you already know, and the rest can follow as it takes shape.
Tasks, in the order they arrive
You start with a ready list, timed to your date. Rewrite it, cross things off, add your own, and Home only ever shows the next three.
A budget with no opinions
Planned, contracted, paid, and the one that matters: what is left. No red numbers, no warnings. Going over budget is completely normal.
Guests by household
By household, the way you would send the invitations. Enter the replies ten at a time, because most of them come in conversation anyway.

About us
It started with a wedding.
We got married in June 2019, in a barn above Lake Balaton. A hundred and twenty-eight guests, eleven vendors, and the plan in nine spreadsheets, three group chats and a drawer full of paper.
A week before the ceremony our photographer asked, for the third time, what time we were starting. The venue had our headcount twice, as two different numbers. The decorator knew when the midnight dance was from a screenshot the host had sent her.
Nobody got anything wrong, we just had to tell everyone the same things separately, and by the time we reached the end of the list the beginning had changed. The wedding was beautiful. The planning was far more tiring than it had any reason to be.
Wedly is the place we were looking for then: the couple says it once and every vendor sees the same thing. We still measure every decision against those nine spreadsheets.

Is it really free?
Yes. Planning costs nothing and we do not ask for a card. Premium adds two features for a one-off fee.
Do we need a vendor for it to work?
No. Everything works even if you never invite a single vendor. We built the planner for you, not to sell you vendors.
Can we both use it?
Yes, with equal access. You can invite a parent or a witness too, with narrower rights; the budget and the guest list have to be granted to them separately.
What do our vendors see?
What you share with them and nothing else. Each vendor's card states what they can read, and one tap changes it.
Can our vendors see each other?
No. Even on the same wedding they work separately: none of them sees another's prices, contracts or notes.
What about our guests' data?
It is stored encrypted, and dietary requirements, which are health data, need a separate permission. A helper never sees them, at any setting.
What happens after the wedding?
Everything stays as long as you want it. After that you can delete it or export it.
Are there ads?
None. We do not sell your data to anyone either. The vendors' subscriptions pay for it.
