About us
It started with a wedding.
We got married in June 2019, in a barn above Lake Balaton. A hundred and twenty-eight guests, eleven vendors, and the plan in nine spreadsheets, three group chats and a drawer full of paper.
A week before the ceremony our photographer asked, for the third time, what time we were starting. The venue had our headcount twice, as two different numbers. The decorator knew when the midnight dance was from a screenshot the host had sent her.
Nobody got anything wrong, we just had to tell everyone the same things separately, and by the time we reached the end of the list the beginning had changed. The wedding was beautiful. The planning was far more tiring than it had any reason to be.
Wedly is the place we were looking for then: the couple says it once and every vendor sees the same thing. We still measure every decision against those nine spreadsheets.

The couple portal is in every plan, Solo included. If the couple wants premium (seating chart, wedding website), that is a one-off 9 900 Ft, not a subscription. A wedding has an end.

Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Thirty days of the full Studio, no card, and at the end you decide.
What happens to my data after the trial?
It stays. Your account becomes read-only; we delete nothing. That client book is yours, we just keep it.
Do couples have to sign up?
Only if they want to. You invite them, they take over the wedding, and from then on it is free for them. If they never do, everything stays with you.
Can other vendors see my prices?
No. Many of you work one wedding, but your quote, your contract and your notes are yours alone. The others see their own.
I am VAT-exempt. Does this work for me?
Yes. VAT is a setting here, per business. If you are VAT-exempt, your quote simply has no VAT line.
Does it issue invoices?
Számlázz.hu or Billingo issues the invoice, not us. We hold the quote, the contract and the payment schedule.
What if a wedding is postponed?
Change the date and every deadline moves with it. What you set by hand stays, and we flag it so you take a look.
Is it in Hungarian?
Throughout, from the buttons to the emails couples receive. English too, if you work with couples from abroad.
